Circular practitioners shared insights on post-growth, less consumption, and regrowth. What do they mean for the business community, and how do they deal with it?
On Monday, 18 September 2023, researchers and practitioners joined the annual Transitiecafé (Transition Café) in Utrecht to discuss post-growth, less consumption, regrowth, and what they mean for business. The event was organized by a consortium consisting of Transitieagenda Consumptiegoederen, Versnellingshuis, SDG Nederland, MVO Nederland and Duurzaamheid.nl.
During the event, Aniek Moonen (former chairman of the Young Climate Movement) was joined by an expert panel including Paul Schenderling, Steven van Eijck and Nancy Bocken to discuss how we can grow with less. As well, circular leaders from VME Retail, Peerby, Eosta and Jafix.com/Bever shared insights on the practice of post-growth.
