Product lifetimes for repair are declining and the industry as well as consumers are generally suffering from 'Fixophobia' - the inability and fear of repairing products like electronics. A new journal article led by Chris Stretton, together with Laura Niessen, Joana Wensing, and Nancy Bocken starts to find answers to fix the broken repair system. The study's scoping review identifies barriers and opportunities for repairing electronics related to attitudes, intentions, and actions for different stakeholders.
